A New Hope Center is a comprehensive crime victim service provider based in Tioga County, NY. If you’re struggling with any kind of abuse, domestic or sexual violence issues, or have been a victim of a crime, please give us a call.

Our services are free and confidential to any victim/survivor.

Changing lives since 1986.

A New Hope Center works with about 1200 people each year, and has been serving since 1986. We are licensed in New York State for the provision of domestic violence services, and we are the designated rape crisis program in Tioga County, NY.
